For your convenience we collected in one place all information about services for disabled passengers from official metro websites.

Moscow

Assistance for people with special needs in Moscow metro is provided by Center for passengers mobility.

You can apply for help:
– by phone (fax): +7 (495) 622-73-41 or
– online

Passengers can receive help they had applied for daily from 8:30 till 19:30.

The application should be submitted at least 3 hours prior to the visit.

Officers of the Center for passengers mobility are on duty at 87 stations, every day from 10:00 till 17:00.

Saint-Petersburg

Assistance for wheelchair-users in Saint-Petersburg metro is provided by Metro Control Service and requested through Information Centre.

Assistance is provided during metro working hours.

The help will be provided by an employee of the metro administration. The mobile stairlifts are used to overcome the stairs.

If the station is equipped with escalators you will be brought down/up by metro employee using special device. If there are standby escalators one of them will be used. Otherwise you’ll have to use the main escalator.

Nizhny Novgorod

Assistance for wheelchair-users can be requested at entrance point to any of the stations.

To minimize time for delivery of the mobile stairlift wheelchair-users can submit an application for assistance in advance.

Passengers with special needs can apply for assistance in order to get fast and comfortable transfer inside stations.

The application should be submitted not later than 30-40 minutes before the visit.

Novosibirsk

Assistance to wheelchair-users inside metro stations is provided by accompanying and transportation via mobile stairlifts. A mobile stairlift can transport active wheelchairs up to 130 kilograms in weight.

Application for assistance should be submitted to metro administration in advance.
